Lake Reschensee, South Tyrol, Italy
Reschensee or Lake Reschen is an artificial lake approximately 2 km south of the Reschen Pass, which forms the border with Austria. Its striking landmark a steeple tower rising from the lake a symbol of the entire valley that was immersed by these man made waters. At the lakeshore people enjoy walking, nordic walking and jogging. The deep blue Lago di Resia is a popular destination both for tourists, kitesurfers and hikers.
