Lake Of Antholzer See Anterselva, South Tyrol, Italy
In summer the area surrounding Lake Anterselva is a paradise for hikers and mountain bike lovers; in winter the area is popular for cross-country skiing and ice-skating.Lake Anterselva lies at 1,642 m above sea level and is the third largest lake in Alto Adige. The stunning scenery of the Nature Park of the Vedrette di Ries Aurina, in the Aurina Valley provides the perfect setting for this lake. The famous Biathlon Centre, where the biathlon world championships take place, is situated near the lake.
