Lake Chivero Recreational Park
The animals that are easily sighted in the park are southern white rhino, Angolan giraffe, Burchell’s zebra, blue wildebeest, impala, kudu, waterbuck, tsessebe, common eland, sable, baboon, monkey, duiker, warthog, bush pig, rock hyrax, scrub hare, spring hare, bush squirrel.
Lake Chivero Recreational Park “White Rhino Haven” This recreational park lies southwest of Harare and covers 3 470 hectares and harbours quite a range of wildlife species. It is also a paradise of birds and has rock paintings which existed approximately 100 years back.
