La Lonja de la Seda, Valencia, Spain
Market of Valencia is one of the landmarks of the city, masterpiece of Gothic civil architecture. It was begun in 1483 according to the draft master Pere Compte. The set consists of three bodies, observed from the Market Square, would include the hiring hall followed by the central tower and the left first, the Consolat del Mar. The Columnario or living room Recruitment began in 1483 and consists of a large room divided into three longitudinal aisles by spiral columns. The building is designed as a temple to commerce and has a strong symbolic character, which has wanted to see the representation of paradise where trees would columns and domes represent the celestial dome.
