This nice building with a big clock is situated near Opera Theater in the left bank of Yenisey river. Communal Bridge that was painted in the last banknotes of 10 roubles started just near this building that local call "Big Ben".

This nice building with a big clock is situated near Opera Theater in the left bank of Yenisey river. Communal Bridge that was painted in the last banknotes of 10 roubles started just near this building that local call “Big Ben”. And it partly resembles the famous Big Ben from London
