As eventful as the history of the ancient Persian Empire is, the diversity of Persian cuisine is just as great and unique. In order to be able to offer you this wealth of delicacies, our lunch buffet always consists of changing dishes, with a vegetarian, a vegan and a ketogenic dish, as well as basmati saffron rice, always being part of the buffet. Four different types of meat are also prepared, with our various specialties featuring chicken breast fillet playing a special role. In our dishes we also use one of the most noble ingredients in Persian cuisine – saffron, which is also called red gold due to its delicate aroma and strong color.
The most valuable spice in the world has been a symbol of love since ancient times and also enjoys a long tradition in our culture. Because our chefs also want to delight you, they put a lot of time into preparation every day. For example, we recommend our braised dish, where the lamb is elaborately cooked and harmonizes wonderfully with the fine Persian herbs and limes. We also attach great importance to regional and fresh products, which is why, among other things, we have vegetables delivered fresh every day. For dessert, try our halva (made from rice flour, rose water and saffron) and our popular saffron sauce.
