Very Spanish product developed for international palates, sherry grows in the sunny vineyards of the province of Cadiz. This fortified white wine, which is made from the time of the Phoenicians, is universally appreciated, with stalwarts of the likes of Christopher Columbus and Francis Drake. To discover its essence must be addressed to the historic towns of Jerez de la Frontera and El Puerto de Santa María, in the “sherry triangle”.
