Jean-Georges (jean-georges.com) at Columbus Circle and Central Park West overlooks some of the same iconic real estate as Per Se but from ground level. The sleekly modern restaurant, all subdued neutrals and minimalist décor, serves fixed price lunch and dinner every day but Sunday.
