Proud Normandy chef Ivan Vautier, formerly second-in-command to Michel Bruneau at La Bourride, and celebrated for his tenure at Les Crayères in Reims and Le Divellec, the Parisian sanctuary of fish and seafood, now presides over this tranquil property, away from the bustle of the town center, transformed into a space exuding a refined contemporary ambiance. With a deep reverence for his terroir, Chef Vautier endeavors to spotlight Normandy’s finest ingredients in each of his creations: salmon from Cherbourg, Normandy asparagus, cereal-fed Normandy pork, and more. Guests can prolong their sojourn with a stay in the hotel, where they can indulge in its spa offerings.

Local produce remains a cornerstone, nurtured through my close collaboration with producers, where seriousness, trust, and quality reign supreme. In the realm of cuisine, my approach is distinctly French, where land and sea converge.
