Immigration – Hong Kong Island Travel Documents Issuing Office
The Office provides the following services:
- Accepting applications for and issuing of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) travel documents, including HKSAR passports, Documents of Identity for Visa Purposes, HKSAR Re-entry Permits and Seaman’s Identity Books.
- All Immigration Branch Offices are using a quota system. Applicants are required to get quota tags at the respective office before their applications be processed. Alternatively, applicant can use the 24-Hour Appointment Booking System for advance booking up to 24 working days.
