Ihlas Armutlu Holiday Village, Armutlu, Yalova, Turkey
Armutlu Holiday Village project is located in Bozburun district of Yalova ‘s Armutlu district. The holiday village is on a land of 360,000 m2 in the forested coastline of the sea. This project, Turkey’s largest and most extensive thermal holiday village is nature.
All of the project is built as 17 blocks and 2.136 apartments with sea view. All of the apartments have spa water . The project has a timeshare capacity of 37,542 units and was in service in the first half of 2004.
Within the context of the project; 6 swimming pools (four semi-olympic indoor swimming pools, two outdoor swimming pools), water slides, beaches, gokart, jet-sky, banana surf, bowling alley, internet cafe, football fields, basketball and volleyball fields, family pool, spa pool, Finnish bath, massage, sauna, fitness center, 4×4 Atv, funfair and phaeton.
In addition, shopping center, market, cafeterias, restaurants, fastfood and health center.
The holiday village has its own waterbus jetty. Every day you can reach Armutlu with scheduled shuttle buses departing from Istanbul, Yenikapi, Bostanci and Kabatas .
The project, which can use healing spa water in every circle, is also a center of attraction for thermal tourism. In the holiday village, about 11.000 people can stay in summer and winter.
