Here at Ideal, we’ve been roasting for over 15 years. We are located on the outskirts of the Byward Market, and specialize in small batch dark roasts. We believe quality starts from the ground up, so our partners source sustainably and ethically from farmers worldwide. Our first love is coffee, our second is food. Our talented kitchen team embraces seasonal ingredients to serve fresh eats made out of our scratch kitchen to complement any cup, hot or cold.
