Hotel Tresanton
Hotel Tresanton is a collection of whitewashed buildings. Formerly a yacht club, they create a very relaxed, almost Mediterranean getaway. I came to Cornwall late in life and fell in love with it straight away. Each of the 30 rooms has a different feel – and a view of the sea. The furniture is a mix of old and new, with some unusual pieces, and some of the best local art. This cluster of cottages on a unique stretch of coastline is a chic retreat for all seasons. Boutique bedrooms offer splendid sea views, and subtropical gardens, a beach club and private yacht provide endless ways to relax in an Italian-inspired haven
