Enquiry Centres will not administer these types of declarations or oaths/ affirmations.

To make a declaration or oath/ affirmation for private use, you may choose to approach any of our Enquiry Centres in 18 districts in person. You need to bring along with your documents to prove your identity (e.g. Identity Card).
