Hakkasan Doha Restarurant
Located within the gardens of the St Regis Hotel, Hakkasan Doha brings fine Cantonese cuisine to the city, with two private dining areas and the Ling Ling lounge within its decadent space. The restaurant’s award-winning menu encompasses favorite plates such as steamed, baked and fried dim sum, and Peking duck with pancakes, along with specialties like Applewood Peking duck with Beluga caviar. The brunch here is of particular note, drawing daytime diners in every Friday for dim sum and Bellinis.
The Brunch at Hakkasan Shou menu is inspired by one of the ‘Five Blessings’ signifying long life, happiness and harmony providing guests a unique dining experience. The menu includes favourites such as signature Peking duck, a selection of steamed, fried and grilled dim sums, mouth-watering main courses, and finishes with a Chef’s selection of seasonal desserts. Pricing starts at QAR 288 per person.
Dim sum means “touching the heart” in Cantonese, and its tradition has developed over hundreds of years. Featuring Grilled Shanghai dumpling, Roast duck with pumpkin, Scallop shui mai with tobico caviar, Seabass with ginger and spring onion and Prawn and scallop cheung fun, the lunch menu is served three baskets at QAR 98 or five baskets at QAR 138
