Hai Bar – Wildlife Reserve, Eilat, Southern District, Israel
The Yotvata Hai-Bar Nature Reserve is designed to breed and foster extinct animals as well as other endangered desert creatures including oryx, spotted leopards and snakes.
Located in Southern Israel, Yotvata Hai-Bar is about 30 minutes north of Eilat. Covering 3,000 acres, the reserve is home to various animals Yotvata Hai-Bar can easily be visited by car or with a tour.
The Hai Bar National Biblical Wildlife Reserve is a unique safari filled with animals mentioned in the Bible. In this unique space, endangered desert species are not only protected, but also bred for release into the Arava and Negev Deserts.
