Guzeldere Falls Nature Park, Guzeldere Village, Gölyaka, Düzce, Turkey

Gölyaka District Güzeldere Village is located at Güzeldere Şelalesi Mevkii and covers an area of 21 hectares. It was registered as a place for recreation on 28.12.1993 and as Natural Park on 11.07.2011.

One of the gushing waters of the Elmacık Mountains turns into a waterfall when it falls from the 120 meters high rocks at Güzeldere Waterfall Bıçkı Düzü. The voices of the rocky, watering rocks are echoed in the valley surrounded by giant beech and hornbeam trees. The waterfall can be visited with three separate paths and stairs system. Due to the constant dampness of the platforms, it is necessary to pay attention to the warning signs. The most magnificent time of Güzeldere, which covers the white cottage in winter and revives with the rhododendrons in the spring, is the fall season. The tones of autumn that turn into color are likened to a painting of this rare natural corner. When approaching the floor of the waterfall about 600 meters above sea level, a nice coolness is spreading into the air. The waterfall, rich in wildlife,

Picnic, hiking, scenic view, accommodation in wooden demountable houses, tent camps, countryside gazebo, countryside cafes, buffet etc. can be performed in the field.
