  • Entrance tickets can be booked at any time through our website, but please note these tickets are non-refundable.
  • If you have any access needs please telephone us before making a booking. As a valley garden, the route down and back up is very steep and therefore we do not recommend manual wheelchairs.
  • Please do not turn up without a ticket, you will unfortunately be turned away.
  • Please have your 5 digit reference number ready when coming up to the Entrance Desk. This is all you will need for us to confirm your booking and you do not need to have a printed version of your ticket.
  • On arrival your car registration will be checked. If arriving by bike, bus or if you intend to walk you will need to show your ticket or membership card to our staff in the car park.Cornwall Multi-Entry Multi-Directional Visitors Guide © Simon Newbound
