luxury Sushi restaurant with 2 Michelin stars was opened in 2006 by the master chef Harutaka Takahashi, who had practiced at Sukiyabashi Jiro. There is the only menu Omakase Course including the lineup of best seasonal pieces which are cooked with the freshest ingredients he buys from Toyosu Market (the new market that Tsukiji Fish Market relocated to) every morning.
