Gaou Peninsula, Six-Fours-les-Plages, Provence-Alpes-Cote d’Azur, France

Gaou peninsula is at the edge of the coast road that leaves the port of Brusc. It is a public park that is open daily from 8 am to 8 pm. It is protected. The wild spaces in the pine alternating blue water coves, make it a great attraction. The place is even more captivating for the sunrise, or the sunset. There are long trails and paths for jogging enthusiasts. At the entrance of the park there are many typical fishing boats with nets spread in the sun, and some gulls that fly on the hunt for fish. In some zones of the island there is no bathing, to protect the marine flora, but in others it is authorized.
