Ganz Wine Bar

A space designed both for eating and for having a drink or a cocktail in a relaxed way while contemplating the works of the art exhibition of the moment. Each visit to Ganz becomes a different experience.

In one of his first works that he combined with studies at the age of 16, he began to arouse his curiosity about wine. An old Liquorieria del Barrio de Las Letras used him as a waiter in its incredible and centuries-old winery, as immense as it is full of boxes of different distillates and lots of wine and lots of dust. There were wines that came out frequently and rotated continuously in the cellar and others that had been there for 40 years. Some old sherries were around the century of age.

That environment began to fascinate him and to be interested in wine and its culture. After working in different restaurants in Madrid and London for the last 10 years and, taking advantage of this turning point that has been 2020 for everyone, he decided to open Ganz Wine Bar with the intention of continuing to work with wine and enjoy its surroundings.

Ganz Wine Bar arises with the clear idea of bringing wine closer to everyone who wants to get closer to it, and doing it accompanied by a careful market kitchen in a cozy environment.
