Remarkable site of taste. Located in Thoiria, in the region of lakes, the Fruitière 1900 will make you discover the secrets of making the Comté in the manner of yesteryear. The cheese maker will explain with passion all the phases of the production of this Jura cheese.
Many items of local artisans are also on display, and will amaze you with their diversity and quality.
Visitors who have not had the chance to participate in cheese making in the morning will be able to see a film about the old-fashioned county-making, the Lake District, its tourist, agricultural and human treasures.
