Fountain Seven Girls,Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia
The sculptor of the fountain is a member of the Artists Union of Russia, laureate of the S. Yulaev’s State Prize, Honoured Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan Khanif Khabibrahmanov. Dancers of the State Academic Folk Dance Ensemble named after F. Gaskarov were models of the sculptural composition.
The fountain consists of two interconnected cups covered with granite with diameters of 7.8 and 15 m. The upper cup of the fountain has pedestals 1 × 1 m and a height of 0.75 m, on which sculptures of the seven girls are mounted, each two m high, made of bronze.
The fountain has illumination, consisting of 37 spotlights. Next to the fountain there is a screen, which will display performances of Folk Dance Ensemble named after F. Gaskarov.
Besides the construction of the fountain, landscaping of the Public Garden was performed.
