Fort of Bard, Bard AO, Italy
The Forte di Bard , remained virtually unchanged since its construction, it is one of the best examples of barrage fortress of the early nineteenth century. The summit of the rock is easily accessible thanks to futuristic panoramic chair lifts from Bard, all the way the foot of the fort.
