The Story Behind the Flavors Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steak House. Our story began in the mountainous countryside of Rio Grande do Sul in Southern Brazil. It is the lessons our founding brothers learned on their family farms that gave them the ambition to share their rich culinary heritage with the rest of the world. Located in the historic Evening Star building, the place features a Beaux-Arts style.
You can enjoy lunch, from Monday-Friday from 11:30 to 2:30, and dinner from Monday-Thursday (5:00-10:00), Friday (5:00-10:30), Saturday (4:30-10:30) and Sunday (4:00-9:30). At Fogo de Chao you’ll taste some of the best seafoods, such as Mango Chilean Sea Bass, which is a Brazilian take on a South American classic, and their Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail with malagueta sauce.
