Ferry Point, Hainan Island, China
Hainan is the second largest island in China after Taiwan. BUT for your information, there is no ferry/boat from Shenzhen or Guangzhou/Canton to Haikou Hainan Island.
The ferry from Hong Kong to Haikou was canceled a long time ago. The only way from Hong Kong to Sanya or Haikou, Hainan Island is by flight.
The only port where you can take a ferry to Hainan Island is Hainan beaches, the very southern point at Leizhou Peninsula. About 30-45 minutes boat ride, but nowadays, the ferries are mainly for cargo as most people take flights or trains.
