The hipster’s choice is Faculty a stone’s throw from New Street Station. It’s a good meeting place and as a place to work for a number of hours. It is fun to sit and stare out the window – just as you did when you were at a school, which incidentally is how you will feel sitting at one of the desk/tables – some even have an inkwell! But it is quite (ok very!) tight for space and can get noisy at peak times as it is not much bigger than a rabbit hutch. But boy the coffee is good!
We are a small, independently owned quality focused coffee and tea shop in Birmingham’s city centre. Our purpose was always simple, to serve exceptional drinks with a friendly service. Located in the historic Piccadilly Arcade, we serve brewed drinks and a range of food made from our own in-house bakery for you to enjoy in store or to takeaway. We sell a range of retail coffee beans and home brewing equipment. Our coffee changes fortnightly so that we may continually to showcase some of the world’s outstanding roasters. Established 2013.
