Estia Mas is not just a restaurant serving Greek dishes the way they’re meant to be, but also a place to learn from the chef about local ingredients found both on land and sea around Greece, particularly from in and around Crete. You can’t go wrong with what you order, but a good place to start is with the almond-coated sea bass, the famous moussaka or orzo pasta with porcini and truffle oil.
