The most striking thing about this restaurant housed in an industrial loft in Chueca is how it embodies Vitoria-born chef Diego Guerrero’s determination to be free to create, to surprise and to break down the barriers around our comfort zone.
The high-ceilinged interior has a relaxed feel with its exposed brick walls, vintage design features, open kitchen, plus an adjoining workspace for creatives and venue for small events (DSPOT Studio & Events). The chef believes in getting the most out of his produce and champions a constantly evolving cuisine. Through his set menus (“Dstage” and “Denjoy”), he proposes a fun culinary journey around the world, fusing all kinds of ingredients and creating incredible optical illusions to remind us that things are not always what they seem.
