As a family company with a heritage going back more than 150 years, we think in generations. We are brewers & doers. We build brands and constantly explore new ways to connect with and delight consumers. We are raising the bar on climate action, social responsibility, and responsible consumption with our Brew A Better World ambitions.

Since joining HEINEKEN 25 years ago, my career has spanned the globe – working in Europe, Africa, North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific – first in marketing and sales teams, and then in general management roles. It has taught me a lot about the world, not least its remarkable cultural diversity, the importance of connection and togetherness, and enjoyment of life.

Shaping the future of beer and beyond requires understanding the technologies of tomorrow, but also a deep understanding of the consumers of tomorrow, how will people socialise in the future?
