Dolf van den Brink

Dolf van den Brink is a visionary leader in the global beverage industry, currently serving as the CEO of Heineken since June 2020. Born in the Netherlands, van den Brink has been with Heineken for over two decades, building an impressive career marked by innovation and a deep understanding of global markets. His journey with Heineken began in 1998, and he has held various leadership roles, including Managing Director of Heineken USA and President of the Asia-Pacific region.

Known for his forward-thinking leadership style, van den Brink has emphasized sustainability, diversity, and digital transformation within the company. He has been instrumental in steering Heineken through the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring that the company continues to grow while also committing to reducing its environmental footprint. Under his leadership, Heineken has set ambitious goals, including becoming carbon-neutral by 2040 and promoting the circular economy. Van den Brink’s leadership reflects a commitment to innovation, responsibility, and growth, inspiring both the company and the global beverage industry to embrace a more sustainable and inclusive future.

It has taught me a lot about the world, not least its remarkable cultural diversity, the importance of connection and togetherness, and enjoyment of life.
