Dishoom Canary Wharf

Our most fine and gorgeous Dishoom Canary Wharf nestled in a little corner of Wood Wharf, brings to life the glittering-shimmering, big-business, metropolitan scene of ‘70s Bombay. When fortunes were made and lost, swindles plotted and uncovered, and dreams were dreamed and broken.

Dishoom Canary Wharf offers a delightful culinary experience inspired by the Irani cafés of Bombay. Situated in the bustling heart of Canary Wharf, this restaurant captures the essence of Bombay’s vibrant dining scene with its eclectic menu and stylish ambiance. From classic Indian dishes to innovative cocktails, Dishoom promises a memorable dining experience for guests seeking authentic flavors and warm hospitality in the heart of London’s financial district.

Begin your day with breakfast, which might be a Bacon Naan Roll, a Kejriwal or a Big Bombay. Then lunch lightly on Roomali Rolls and Salad Plates, or linger with a feast. Refresh your afternoon with a drop of Chai and a small plate or two. Dine early or dine late. Or just join us for a tipple – perhaps an India Gimlet, a Permit Room Old-fashioned, or our very good Dishoom IPA?

The city by the sea – Bombay has a sweetness for seafood. A whole bream is twice-marinated. First, in a spiced tangy-chilli marinade before being left overnight. Then, in a classic tandoori marinade of ginger, garlic, spices, yoghurt and lime. Finally, it is grilled, finished with a generous pat-down of butter and served with
lemon on the side.
