Are you looking for small group trainings in a motivating atmosphere, conducted by experienced coaches who care about you and your individual needs? Cool, we are looking forward to meet you! Our approach is based on the CrossFit training methodology (Functional Training), a strength and conditioning program which involves elements of weightlifting, track & field, bodyweight exercises and traditional gymnastics combined diversely into workouts. Exercises are constantly varied and performed at high intensity – you won’t get bored! Every class is different and will challenge you in its own right. No matter if you are a beginner, advanced athlete or would like to drop-in: You are welcome at our box.

We are always by your side during the workout and more than “just” motivators. Our focus is on your personal support and optimal guidance – with the goal of performing all exercises safely and effectively.

For several years we have been united by our passion for functional fitness and CrossFit. However, we want to think outside the box and therefore continuously educate ourselves. In addition to their professional training, all trainers first complete an internal onboarding process – during this time we accompany them with intensive feedback sessions and prepare them step by step to run classes. You want it even more personal? In addition to the group courses, we offer personal training, individual training planning/remote coaching, performance and health diagnostics (focus: endurance) and coaching services for various areas – of course, all tailored to your goals and needs.
