The building, which rises in an imposing manner and overlooks the sea, contains many rooms, salons, auditoriums, and offices, as well as a library and a restaurant. Walk around the building in the street and explore its modern facade, or simply drive by for an all-encompassing glimpse. Local customs do not appreciate photographers; be warned that police here might approach you and ask you to stop photographing the building.
