The south of the Creuse blows a crying demographic decline. Aubusson, population 3,500, had 5,000 in 2000 .
The burst took place in 2009, while the application file for UNESCO was retained. The organization inscribed the Aubusson tapestry on the representative list of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
