Capitol Theater

The Capitol Theater Düsseldorf was established in the early 1990s in a former tram depot that can look back on more than a hundred years of history. With around 1,100 seats in the large hall and 400 seats in the small hall, it is the largest theater in the state capital of North Rhine-Westphalia. The Capitol Theater has made a name for itself with major musicals such as GREASE, SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER and CABARET. But shorter guest performances have also found a home here, including the BLUES BROTHERS (2000), FALCO MEETS AMADEUS (2006) and SHADOWLAND (2011 & 2012). Today, the Capitol Theater is an integral part of Düsseldorf and inspires the audience every year.
