Cap de l’Eau-les-Rochers, Oriental Region, Morocco

Located north-east of the island of Porquerolles, just next to Cap des Medes, the rocks of the same name are an ideal dive for an initiation or for a smooth recovery. The site allows a fairly easy anchoring under the pierced rock. It is well sheltered from the mistral. No power on the site.

Launching under the pierced rock, You go down ten meters to find two large blocks of rocks spaced a few meters apart. The site is a bit like the Marseille cheese from Maire Island. When leaving rock left hand, you will follow an alternation of large shale blocks that go down to 25 m. Some go back about ten meters. The site is not very large, bordered by sand and posidonia meadow. You can easily go around the island by boulders boulders.
