Northern California’s premier amusement park is getting bigger, better and wetter than ever, when California’s Great America debuts the new South Bay Shores waterpark. Guests will be immersed in a completely transformed waterpark experience featuring seven completely new water attractions, new and upgraded food and merchandise locations, premium cabanas and shaded lounge areas – all richly themed to reflect the excitement and fun of the Northern California coast and South Bay regions.

RailBlazer is the first coaster of its kind on the West Coast featuring a single rail track throughout; the design requires the rider to straddle the rail, creating an extremely low center of gravity that amplifies every move and enables more dynamic turns and rotations than have ever been possible on a coaster. With an eight-passenger single file train hugging the rail, the coaster gives riders an unobstructed view of the ground and air as they speed smoothly over the twisting track.

Great America Pavilion, an 18,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose facility, located adjacent to Levi’s Stadium, is the Bay Area’s most unique entertainment venue. The Pavilion is ideal for corporate meetings and catered events, holiday parties and product launches. It can be utilized as a single facility, or be divided into three distinct areas, and includes a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, wood floors throughout, complete audio and visual capabilities, and high-end catering amenities.
