In addition to seasonally inspired options, Stern’s iconic classics are also featured, including cappuccino with Bolognese ragù, dill tagliolini with pistachio sauce, lobster, squid and dentex, Venetian-style veal liver with fried polenta, and the ever-present pistachio gelato by Stern.
Caffè Stern’s wine list encompasses a wide selection of wines, carefully chosen from some of the most prominent Italian and international producers. Guests can easily explore the wines through the digital iPad menu, sorting by region, grape variety, or price.
