The Cachoeira de Iracema is a beautiful waterfall of 8 meters high, situated in a paradisiacal scenery. During the flood season, usually from March to July, the waterfall is at its maximum volume, becoming more beautiful, but also more dangerous for bathing due to the strong current. The most suitable period for a dive is from September to January, in the ebb of the rivers, when natural pools form and it is possible to bathe under the waterfall.
