The locals of Trøndelag love to hike and they love to hike in Trøndelag. But if there is one group that loves hiking in Trøndelag even more, it would be overseas visitors.
Hiking or rambling, walking or trekking – it is known by many names. The beauty of it, in Norway at least, is that you can do it almost anywhere. Many walk regular routes in the city, primarily for exercise, while others, who live out of the city, walk along rural roads or forest paths, maybe even the forest they own.
