Those who like a classic steakhouse will find this one at the luxurious Four Seasons ticks all the boxes. Leather banquettes? Check. Prime American beef? Check. Great cocktails? Check. Start with the generously proportioned crab cake before diving into a steak – there are plenty on offer, from ribeye to porterhouse. To finish, there’s New York cheesecake of course, but the more adventurous should take on the challenge of the Tribune Tower chocolate cake.
