1941-1945
During the Great Patriotic War, several concert brigades were formed from the remaining artists in the theater, performing in the republic, in the cities of Siberia and the Far East. Despite the difficulties of the military, the theater continued to improve its productions and learn new ones: operas “Eugene Onegin” by P. Tchaikovsky and “Faust” by S. Gounod, ballets “The Fountain of Bakhchisarai” by B. Asafiev and “Vain Precaution” by P. Gertel.
