Cecille El Beleidi became the British Consul-General, Jeddah in September 2022. Cecille joined the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) in 1983. Before, she has worked in Kuwait, Nepal, Morocco, Eygpt, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and China.
