Bosahan Cove

This secluded little cove backs on to the ancient woodlands of the Bosahan estate on the southern banks of the Helford River. Whilst the phrase ‘hidden gem’ is bandied around quite frequently, Bosahan Cove truly fits the bill. There are three ways to reach this idyllic little sandy beach and none of them involve a car. Bosahan Cove is a small sandy inlet on the south banks of the Helford River in west Cornwall. Its sits at the foot of the Bosahan Estate, a grand manor house hidden amongst the oak woods.|

A small, secluded cove on the bank of the Helford River, backing on to ancient woodland. It is very quiet and tranquil, and you may even have the beach to yourself. A true hidden gem, the beach can be accessed by over a mile’s walk along the coast path, by boat, or by walking through the Bosahan Estate if its open.
