Bo & Birdy at the Blythswood
Bo & Birdy is a modern brasserie re-imagined through a traditional Scottish lens. Located in the beautiful Blythswood Square Hotel, Bo and Birdy opened in April this year following a £1m refurbishment of the hotel’s restaurant and bar area.
This destination restaurant offers one of the best places in the city for cocktails, sit around the central island bar and get the bar staff to create one of their seasonal cocktails or something from their classic cocktail list. Service is flawless and the cocktails are incredible. This is a TLE favourite in Glasgow.
