We are a bakery & restaurant which support regenerative food systems & ethical farming. The system is not perfect, we are not perfect, but we attempt to come up with solutions which benefits humans, animals, soil & ecosystems in our own backyard. We believe in a regenerative collective goal where all actors, big and small, play a part in the improvement of the soil and its myriad of benefits in fixing the planet.
