But once you’re in, expect delicious drinks served in a low-lit, intimate setting. When it comes to drinking, this might be the city’s best-kept secret.

Since 2012, there has been an intimate hideaway in a corner of Liverpool’s Chinatown district where liquid magic happens. Meticulously crafted classic cocktails and attentive service dressed in early 20th-century American robes. Driven by a passion for creating memorable experiences via the medium of great drinks, we have, for the benefit of our discerning clientele, restricted access by relying on word of mouth. (No advertising. Not even a sign on the building exterior!)
Necessity made us break the silence
Due to the pandemic we were unable to open our doors for most of 2020/2021. So we resolved to deliver our great drinks to you. We handpicked the best drinks that will travel well and last. They are deceptively simple (the hallmark of any great classic) and are the result of hours of research, trial and error. We hope you enjoy them! A return to “normality”. We are overjoyed to once again open our doors (you have to knock first, obviously) and offer our Berry & Rye welcome to all. We are not taking reservations, walk-ins only. See you soon!
