Balık Gölü, Köyü, Şavşat, Artvin, Turkey 

Fish Lake , Eastern Anatolia Region ‘in, Aras Mountains on Turkey ‘ s highest of the lakes is one. This lake, which is located within the boundaries of Ağrı province and has a lava set in terms of formation, has an area of 30 km². The height from the sea is 2,241 meters, the deepest is 37 meters.

Environment is the source of drinking and drinking water for the villagers. Rivers from the mountains are fed by springs and underground waters. The surrounding area is covered with reeds. 135 is one of the internationally important wetlands in Turkey. In the small lake in the lake, velvet ducks are hatching. It is also important that the speckled poultry live in the lake. Around; eagles, rabbits, hawks, partridges, foxes, seagulls, wolves, wild ducks, quails and snails live. It is 60 km from Ağrı and Dogubayazit districts and 26 km from Taşlıçay
