We, that is Josef Hinkel, who, together with his wife Nicole, daughter Sophie and his dedicated and talented team, is already the fourth generation to inspire bread lovers from Düsseldorf and all over the world. The Hinkel bakery was founded as early as 1891 and the sustainable, artisan production method using only natural sourdough and raw materials and a strong pinch of passion has always been the heart of the bakery.
