Formerly the canteen of the local iron ore mine, which shuttered its operations in April 1970, this inn has remained under the stewardship of the same chef for over three decades.

Trained in the classical tradition, he champions simplicity as the cornerstone of his culinary philosophy, offering dishes that exude uncomplicated authenticity, yet are executed with impeccable technique and infused with inspired creativity.
